Controlled Prescription Timer Information Controlled Prescription TimerTM National Biological Corp's CPT or Controlled Prescription Timer system permits you and your doctor to monitor and control your treatment regimen. Each timer leaves the factory with a preset (typically 150) number of treatments programmed in to the timer. Each time the system is used, the counter counts down and when the remaining treatment count reaches five remaining treatments a "Call your Doctor" lamp illuminates and a four digit code is displayed. The patient simply gives this code to his or her doctor and the doctor looks up the code is a booklet that is provided to the patient's doctor at time of shipment and the doctor gives a code back to the patient to continue treatments. The doctor is free to prescribe, 75, 150, 250 or an unlimited number of treatments. |
