The insurance claim
process can take several weeks and sometimes months. Typically,
after we receive all the information we need from you, it takes us a
day or two to complete the necessary claim information and mail it
to your insurance company. We find that it can take up to thirty
days for most insurance companies to file your claim in their
computer system.
We usually don't begin
the follow up process until the fifth week after we have mailed the
claim. A duplicate of the claim is mailed to you as well so that you
can see what we've entered on your behalf and we do recommend you
check it over to make sure we have transcribed everything correctly.

We can ship to you
immediately provided that you:
Pay for the system up
front with a check, money order or credit card
When we
are paid by the insurance company we will reimburse you.

You provide a promissory
note in the form of a Payment Agreement" in which you agree
to:
Provide a 50% Down Payment
Agree to pay to Amjo all amounts not
paid by your insurance company. This amount becomes due
sixty days after shipment of the system. We can provide
some payment terms for you after sixty days under
special circumstances. Amjo will complete a credit check
on you before we arrange shipment.
